I signed a contract with Jody on 4/23/2014 to have my car picked up on 6/27/2014. The week before the pick up Jody stopped responded to me. His excuse was b/c of personal problems. He kept saying that he would find another driver but never did. He again stopped communicating with me due to another family emergency and poor cell service. I began to look for another company and then he responded only after I threatened to write a review about his company. He then asked me to cancel the other company so he could have a driver pick up my car that very day! I believed him but again he stopped communicating and it was another family emergency as to why he was unable to communicate for days. I had a short window for when I needed my car transported and planned it out months in advance. After losing sleep and worrying about when my car would be picked up, I never want to have a car transported. And, I believe that Jody needs to find another job b/c his personal life is too unstable and he cannot keep his promises. He just now refunded my deposit of $145 which he has had since 4/23/2014. He probably means well but is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with.

First amy, you are 100 percent right on some things. I did fail you on your move. However, the part you are wrong on is saying I need to find another job due to my personal life. that is not only assumptive, but rude. Family always comes first. I will not make excuses, when I have a family member in the hospital..they take priority. ONE MAJOR THING YOU SEEM TO BE FORGETTING TO PUT IN HERE!!!!! NOT ONLY DID I OFFER TO REFUND YOUR MONEY, WHICH I DID, BUT I OFFERED TO COVER OUT OF MY OWN POCKET WHATEVER EXTRA EXPENSE YOU WOULD HAVE IN COMPLETING A VERY DIFFICULT MOVE. I am far from unprofessional, I am very good at what I do, and I have been nothing but respectful to you and done what needed to be done to fix the situation. Im sorry you were unhappy, but for a very wealthy woman you are sure intent on destroying a single father doing his best to get by.
