Jody at KRM was excellent to work with. We had a difficult route to get filled, but he was able to get it done. Because of the narrow streets in my neighborhood, I met the driver at the nearest truck stop. He was able to give me a ride back to my house. The driver arrived at the final destination early, but because the military base gate was closed, he had to wait until the next morning to make the final delivery which was on the scheduled day. The only negative comment that I could make is that the driver should have had a GPS to find the final destination location within the military base, but that is minor. Yes, the car was dirty on the outside, but that's to be expected when driving across so many states. I would use KRM again.
