Upon pick up the driver drove the top deck of cars through my neighbors trees. Branches were hanging over the street. The driver was unprofesisonal. He also filled out the dates on the forms incorrectly. Upon drop off, my vehicle & others on the car carrier were dented & dinged. I filed a claim with Gino JR at KJ's insurance. He became unresponsive after giving me a claim #. I had to get my insurance involved & pay a deductable. Now my insurance is going after them for the money & KJ Falcon is claiming they know nothing.

I will never use the broker that refered us to KJ.
