Car/driver missing during transport

Car was picked up a day later than expected with no contact from the company. When I contacted them to find out when it would arrive, they said I'd get an hour notice from the driver and didn't know what day he'd be coming either.
The cost was acceptable and car arrived undamaged as far as my pickup contact could tell, however it arrived 15 days after their quoted expected delivery date and customer service was terrible.
During the process, the driver did not contact me to let me know there was a problem, did not answer calls while in transit and his voicemail was full (for about two weeks). When I contacted the company to get information about what was happening, they didn't know and did not return my calls to let me know if they were able to find out where the driver or my car were (apparently it was about a week before they were able to locate either of them). After over a week of contacting them, I found out the truck had broken down and they didn't know when it would be fixed. It took another week to fix the truck and get the car to my delivery address.
I would have been more satisfied had the company been even a little bit concerned that they had no idea where my vehicle or their driver was for such an extended time. I know that trucks can break down, but should have been contacted by the driver or the company to get an update that there was an issue.
