All the reported horror stories you read and hear about movers are incredible. I recently have used both auto transport and moving companies. It pay's to get quotes from several companies and do research on a company for good business practice, and ratings as well. Obviously you have to be able to feel ok and trust the company you choose to take care of your personal belongings. I received many quotes from different auto transport companies and Jet Auto Transport fit in nicely. I had some carriers tell me not to go through a broker but deal directly with a carrier, or in this particular case, there carrier. Trucking carriers will tell you that that a broker will just get any carrier to make the move happen and get their "cut", and you don't know if the carrier is any good or not! What if you do go with a carrier directly? You do your research and choose one, and everything goes ok, great. On the other hand, maybe it doesn't. I feel it is perhaps better to go through a broker (a good one of course like JET) because they deal with many trucking companies and will only use carriers with good records. They have done the leg work for you, and hopefully, have weeded out the bad ones. It's important to a broker to have happy customers because it is the customer that can kill a company quickly with their ratings and reviews especially using the internet. Louis at JET Auto Transport is professional, experienced, and genuinely cares about giving the utmost customer service. He only uses good carriers that will take care your vehicles. My car, although didn't go a long distance, was picked up on the day promised and delivered free of any damages, the day it was promised. The truck driver gave me his phone number; he stayed in touch and kept me posted on his progress during transport. This entire experience was great from start to finish. THANK YOU Louis for the great service. I most definitely would use Jet Auto Transport again, and recommend Jet Auto Transport to anybody.
