Ordered a transport for a new car from Georgia to Ohio. I told Louis I needed the car by a certain date. He said no problem. Transport arrived at dealer. Car was still being prepped, an was almost ready, so driver left to go to lunch (supposedly). He never came back. I had to call carrier to find out that THEY cancelled, and sent their driver away. Louis was unaware of the whole thing. I called him and he had no clue what was going on. So he frantically tried to find another carrier. When he called me back he had another one lined up that would deliver after the date I needed it by. So I told him that the dealers carrier could get it to me ontime. So he got all pissy like a little kid, and said fine go to the dealer, and he cancelled my order with him an stated that he would refund my deposit.

Well after multiple e-mails asking politely to do as he promised and refund my deposit. Still no response. No e-mails. No deposit. I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau, as well as this review. I hope the hundred bucks was worth it Louis!

My customer Peter Barnett called me on 9/30 to get a truck for his new vehicle that he had just purchased in Georgia, and wanted a quick pickup so the vehicle could be delivered before Monday 10/05. I got the truck for him and the pickup was scheduled for 10/01 and delivery on 10/03. When the carrier showed up at the dealership, the vehicle was not ready for transport and the transaction was not completed with the dealership as Mr Barnett told me that all was completed and needed the vehicle relocated asap. Actually the vehicle was ready the following day, but the carrier was not able to wait that long. I immediately got a different carrier, but the delivery was going to be on Tuesday 10/06 and Mr. Barnett did not want to wait until Tuesday, so he cancelled his order with me and the dealership made arrangement to send the car in Ohio. The deposit of $100.00 was sent to the carrier for compensation on wasting time and fuel. Please next time, make sure that all is completed, financial transaction and vehicle ready from dealership before having your transport broker assign the relocation of your new vehicle.
