Great Company! Jay is Amazing!

I transported my car from Washigton to Florida during the summer. Jay emailed me with a quote and when I contacted him, he was extremely helpful and walked me through the steps of how transporting my car would work and was told I was alloted 100 lbs in my car as long as the gas was at a quarter tank. Jay went over the contract with me in great detail. Jay had a driver arranged for me during my pickup window. The driver showed up and wanted to charge me an extra $225 because of the things in my car (my stuff weighted 100lbs). I called Jay and he was able to talk to the driver and claimed that I was not to pay anything extra. When the driver didnt agree, Jay told me to let the driver go and he'll have another one arranged. He did just that! In 2 days my car was picked up and on its way to Florida.

I was truly impressed with Jay's professionalism and his willingness to stand up for his clients. Not to mention he went above and beyond what was necessary. He took my phone call after business hours, because be knew a driver was coming, and handled the issue. He also called back once the driver left to check in on me. I will definitely be using his services again when I move!
