Driver called me and the destination contact person a week or so to touch base. Then the driver called me 2 days before, giving a choice of what day would be best for me to pick up my car. He also gave me a 2 hour time frame, after asking if that was an okay time to pickup my car. Jay was very easy to reach with any questions- he really does answer his own phone. Izik, the driver was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to use Jay's Auto Service again, and I highly recommend his company.
