I am posting this because my wife and I would like to show our appreciation for the excellent job you guys did.

We researched several companies and in spite of some negative comments on the net about your company, we decided that you were being honest and straight forward with us.

David took the time to answer in detail every nit picking question I had and in fact encouraged me to ask more.

A two day window of time was finally agreed upon for pick up. The driver came on the first day of that window and was so professional and courteous that we instantly feltt a sense of relief getting the car on it's way!

He assured me that it was in good hands, and I believed him.

I am a confirmed sceptic and one of the most cynical people you will ever meet, and for me to write these things here is a very unusual thing, so I must be genuinely pleased with this company.

The pick up was on the 3rd of April 2007 and was to be shipped to Jay Phillip's place in Sacramento, CA with our anticipated arrival by moving van on the 18th.

David called a few days before that date to check on our progress, and said that we could have the car on a truck from Sacramento and in Portland by Friday or Saturday if that would work for us.

That was amazing!. Our car actually arrived just as we were settling into our new home!

The trucker who delivered it had been driving in the rain for 3 hours and the car was actually cleaner than when it shipped.

He was also someone I would be more than likely be friends with if he lived nearby.

All in all I would say that from my experience with this company, that I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We also learned a lot about how hard it actually is to drive from one corner of a country this size to the other. Our truck was only 26 feet long. Those car carriers passed us on the highway daily and those guys are not just twiddling their thumbs along the way. What they do is extremely hard work and we were willing to accept a little dirt on the car for the convenience of not having to tow it ourselves, and as I stated, it arrived cleaner than when it left!

We went with Jay Phillip's even though the price was higher than some other companies, and even though some people had complained about them on one of these sites.

They are honest, and are with the BBB. If you want your car to leave on time and arrive on time as well. If you want to be treated fairly and respectfully through the whole process, this is the company to go with, and I personally recommend David as your point of contact. He will make it work!

Thanks again for the help, I have to run now, cars outside warmed up and ready to go for a ride!
