They told me my date was confirmed and the price was good. When the driver did not show, it was the drivers fault. I never received a formal slip for the scheduled pickup. After weeks of harassing them they finally got it picked up. The driver called and I owed 100 extra dollars. Then day of delivery, the driver calls and says he is at the address which is 58 miles away! He even had the order to prove it. This resulted in 50 extra dollars. I called javo and they either hung up or acted like they could not hear me. This was a miserable experience and I wish no one has the same fortune.
