This company did an outstanding job with the pick up and drop off. The carrier showed on April 5, 2012 at 5 p.m. , one day early which was great. I flew in Houston T.X. that morning bought the car before lunch and was loading the car that afternoon. The carrier said i will be at you're house that Saturday morning April 07,2012 at 11 a.m. he showed up at 8:30 a.m. and stayed in contact with me the entire time. I picked an open hauler because of the price and yes the car appraised that morning before leaving to come to North Carolina. The apprasiel was 35,800 dollars. The car arrived in great shape and clean. I would highly pick this company and also ask for the carrier that was selected for me, the truck driver was owner and operater of the truck which i think helped a lot.
