Very Bad service and time delays

Had two auto's to pick up that I had purchased, both had specific time frames for pick up from the sellers of each. Was quoted rates by JMN Transportation, accepted them, was quoted a time frame for pick up's both were missed bya long shot, never any calls back. The driver was given wrong names and contact info by JMN and just a real headache for the seller of one of the cars. The 2nd one still to date has not been picked up, was called and given a date, no one showed or called the seller to confirm this, no updates and very poor planning... Was very frustrated and have since canceled the other after almost 1 month of excuses. Have never heard or seen such a mess. Be very careful with JMN. I can accept delays, just simply need to know why and how long. JMN could not call back or even keep any promises. I would not trust or use this Company again. Connie, Tom, Linda and Jeremy were the points of contact.... Would welcome a call still from someone there to explain this.. P.Z.
