NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

We booked a vehicle with this company. Our driver went to pick up a brand new Chrysler 300 at the port in Baltimore, Maryland. Immediately upon arriving on the pick up location, he inspected the car and saw that the vehicle didn't have a plastic cover at the top and noticed two dents (one dent at the top on the passenger's side and the other on top of the back door of the driver's side). Our driver immediately notified the company of the damage as protocol.

The company refused to sign the release for the Chyrsler and accused our company of the damage. The vehicle wasn't in our possession nor was it placed on our truck. We just inspected the car and was honest about the damage. In the end, we got blamed and threatened to be sued for all of the damage. We are not responsible for the damage. The company is looking to get small companies to sneak damaged vehicles and hold them responsible for the repairs and that's how they made money.

We will never use this company ever again. We would NEVER recommend them to anyone. NEVER use this company if you don't want problems.
