Vehicle never picked up, tried to raise price twice!!!

I recieved a quote from JMAC auto transport for $830.00 with the standard shipping package. I paid a deposit of $175.00 and the vehilce was supposed to be picked up the week of the 22nd of July. I called to book them and they said I needed to pay $925.00 because the inflation of fuel prices so I understood and agreed. Nine days later I did not recieve a call arranging pick up. I called JMAC and they told me that it was a hard route from Michigan to Washington and I would have to pay an additional $200.00. So after we had already agreed on $925.00, where they didn't mention any possibility of the price changing they tried to raise the price. The receptionist didn't understand why I was upset so I didn't bother trying to explain it and asked for a refund of my deposit where they told me it would be 72 hours. It has been 5 days and no refund. When I called they said the owner and authorizing person were on vacation. DO NOT GO WITH JMAC AUTO TRANSPORT. POOR SERVICE. POOR ALL AROUND.
