DO NOT use this hauler. They are liars. We relied on this hauler to pick up our truck from the ferry and transport to Florida. When the truck arrived in Florida, it was dark so we did not see the damage to the rear, driver's side of the vehicle. I new something was wrong when I could not open the tailgate.
After inspection by an auto body expert, it is believed that the hauler allowed chains to repeatedly hit our truck and destroy the paint and the black plastic along the rear side of the truck.
They filled out the terminal condition report and put S- for scratched and D- for damaged all over the place. The truck has 11k miles on it and was pristine!
This company is disgusting! They are liars. It is a sin to to damage to someone elses truck and lie about it.
