The worst company!!!!!

I am still trying to have my car shipped from NJ to Hawaii. It was supposed to be there Sept 8th because my husband is getting back from Iraq the week after. Rental cars are expensive in Hawaii, and none of my friends can drive me and 2 kids around for weeks. Interstate told me they would have my car there on time, we set up the transport on August 3rd. My pickup date was August 14th, nobody showed up. They do have caller ID because I called everyday all day just to finally have someone pick up the phone a week after my pickup date. I am still without a delivery company because I really don't know what to do. My plane ticket is already paid for and now I'm going to be in Hawaii with 2 kids under 3yrs old and no car! Laurel doesn't know what she's talking about, and Leo acts like he doesn't know what's wrong. I reported them to the BBB and am currently contacting a lawyer as to what my rights are. I am VERY disappointed with this company. I asked Laurel for a refund of my deposit so I can set something up with another company to get my car there on time. She told me NO! The contract says that's not an option. After a week of her "trying" to find another carrier, she asked me if I wanted a refund. IT'S TOO LATE LAUREL!!!!!!! No matter WHO takes my car now, it will arrive late!!
