I was treated with superb customer service from people over the phone.

I put in my order on 3/8 to deliver my car I had purchased out east. Intercity said it would be picked up on 3/9 or 3/10 and be delivered to me 1100 miles away on the 12th or 13th. I thought great! The car was picked up on the 9th, I was contacted by Marsha and her husband. We stayed in contact the next two days - excellent communication and the most friendly of people. My car was delivered today on the 11th at 7am.....that's 1+day early. The car was shining like new and in absolutely perfect shape! Thank you Intercity Lines, you have earned my business in the future with flying colors! Class act! I will never have to worry again when choosing a transport company.

Thanks again to Marsha and her husband who delivered my vehicle, they were as nice as can be!!
