I rarely take the time to review companies I purchase from but I am writing this review about Intercity Lines because we had the unusual opportunity to experience exemplary customer service. The company usually deals with the rich and famous (Jay Leno and many ultra-expensive car owners) but I am just a dad who wanted to have his 24 year old daughter’s first car of her own get to her safely. She lives in a mountain community in California, which makes things tricky. Matt Mriglot from Intercity pulled out all stops to make sure we coordinated with a truck heading west through Chicago, where we bought the car. Tim Sullivan, the truck’s phenomenally experienced driver cared for her used Subaru Outback with the same care and detail as the Ferraris sharing the truck. He stayed in touch with me and my daughter throughout the trip, arranging to meet her in a safe truck stop she which was able to travel to. The car was delivered perfectly and she was thrilled with it. Thank you to Matt and Tim and Intercity for treating us and our vehicle with the same care and dignity you offer the rich and famous.
