I was very pleased with this transport. This was the first time I have shipped a vehicle and the process was well managed. I would have preferred updates on where the transport was located en route to confirm anticipated delivery; in the technology age, I've become spoiled by UPS and Amazon. Upon arrival, the driver was very prompt, courteous, and personable. Excellent service.
