From the first contact with the company, I had friendly and accurate personal service- by the man in charge! Mr. Smith was informative and courteous and willing to spend the necessary time with me, both on the phone and via email. More important, everything that was planned worked out just fine. Pick up was on time, and delivery was in fact a day early! The company kept me informed each step of the way, which was reassuring, since my daughter was on the receiving end and felt comfortable with the professional attitude and helpful information. There is nothing negative to say about my experience- and many positives!
