how can I get my money back?

Have any guys gotten their refund already? I have a horribly bad experience to such a ripoff company. They took my deposit and never transport my car. Tons of emails/calls got nothing. After cancelling the order on mid Dec 2005, amber told me that I could get the refund within 30 days. But untill now, no penny has been sent to me.
Now the ripoff company seems out of business. How can we get our money back? Did somebody here ever achieve it?
