Poor Service/Slow Refund

Contracted Hurst To Move Vehicle from MO to MT. After 45 days it became apparrent they were not going to be able to get the job done. I then cancelled the order and hired someone else. I requested a refund of my $200.00 and was told it would be mailed out in a couple of weeks. The check never came, after numerous phone calls I did receive a refund over 90 days later.

I beleive they get your $200 and hope you forget about it or get frustrated and just give up on getting it.

I apologize that the refund was not issued in a timely manner. I, Amber Rae, started working for Hurst Auto Transport 08/25/2005. I cannot go back to undo the order history, but can, however, give the necessary attention to what has been brought to my attention in the time frame I have worked here.
