Poor customer service

Eighteen days went by without a single word from the Horseless Carriage. Bare Medal Kustoms called them twice with no reply on the delivery date. I emailed them twice with no reply, I had to called long distance twice from Japan and force the issue to get any answers from them about the delivery date of the car. They put my car in storage without letting me know and took there sweet time in transporting it to Morro Bay, California. The car sit in storage for three weeks with an over all delivery in thirty three days. They promised delivery in seven to ten days. They just give me the run around promising one date and not following up on it. I had used this company before with no problems.
My friend had problems with them on trying to over charge him, they said his first booking wasn't firm, my friend wasn't happy with their service either.
i will never use this Horseless Carriage again and will look for a new delivery company the next time around. The word around Pebble Beach is that Horseless Carriage has been going down hill for the last two years, wished I had known before i used them this time.
Since, I live on the west coast they added an extra $250. and then they turn around and give east coast guys a nice discount. Horseless Carriage is a east coast company out of New Jersey, next time I'll go with a California company.
