I will use Capt Mark again and again. This was going to be a tough move from WI. to N.C. Capt Mark accepted his marching orders and took off at a fast pace. I told him that a little girl was counting on him to get the job done asap. Prior to this I got jammed by another mover and my daughter was less than hopeful that this was going to happen. I called Capt Mark probally 3 times a day pestering about the move and he was always nice and very sincere about this move. He went out of his way, above and beyond what he had to do to make this happen for my daughter. I know he didn't make anything off this move nor did the trucker. They lost money on this move but they proved to me that there are people out there who still care about customer service and putting smiles on little childrens faces. Thank You again for restoring my faith in mankind.
