I was very nervous to ship my car, but knew I wasn't driving it cross country....Nichole was a joy to talk to-very upfront, honest, and kind. The price was on the lower end compared to other companies, which was important to me, yet the quality of service was very high. Nicole responded to calls/emails very quickly and the company that actually handled the transport were Grade A. I would definitely use Hilton Auto for any future transport needs. What could have been a miserable experience turned out to be something positive. My car was picked up slightly early the morning of pick-up with notice and dropped off right in front of my new residence on time. No dents/scratches!!!!
