This was my first experience shipping a car and, while it was just a Smart car - nothing exotic or terribly valuable, I was apprehensive. Nichole was responsive and stayed on top of things. The first carrier did not work out but she had a back up within hours. The driver was responsive and did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Car arrived on time; actually I think the dirver had to back track a bit to meet my schedule but he was great about it. No fuss, no muss!
