I am a military service member and needed to transport one of my vehicles from the east coast to the west coast with a very tight pick-up window. I researched 10-15 different companies and ultimately decided on Hilton Auto Transport. Also, Hilton Auto Transport was recommended to me by one of the other car transport companies that I was considering but could not meet my pick-up window requirements. That says something about an organization when the competition recommends you.

The process was very smooth and the customer service was fantastic. Nichole was very knowledgeable, proacive and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions in a timely fashion putting to rest my concerns regarding the tight timeline for my vehicle pick-up. The price quoted was very competitve particularly for the great customer service and attention to detail provided by this company.

The actual vehicle pick-up was fast and efficient and the driver was very good about answering questions regarding the transit time. The vehicle was delivered to the final destination slightly ahead of schedule with exceptional communication ensuring a smooth delivery.

Bottom line is that Hilton Auto Transport delivered a great service, as advertised and agreed upon for a very competitive price. Nichole was exceptional and went seemingly out of her way to ease any concerns I had regarding the very tight pick-up window. Her communication with me both on the phone and via e-mail was tremendous and again gave me a sense of assurance that my vehicle was in good hands. I recommend Hilton Auto Transport to anyone looking to ship a vehicle at a fair price and likes to be treated as a valued customer. This is a first rate organization and overall a class act.
