EXCELLENT WORK TO TRANPORT PORSCHE 911 BY HILTON AUTO TRANSPORT!!

I placed an initial call to Nicole at Hilton on Monday, 12/04 at 1:00 p.m. and engaged them to transport my Porsche 911. I told them the car would be available for pickup on Thursday, 12/07. The car was picked up at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday 12/07 and arrived at my doorstep on Friday 12/08 at 2:15 p.m. The transport truck was clean, the car had been loaded properly, the car was unloaded properly, the truck driver initiated contact with me to inform me that the car had been loaded in MA and to give me an estimated time of arrival the night before the car arrived and another follow up call 2 hours before it arrived at my doorstep.

Nicole at Hilton did a fantastic job of schedulling my car for an extremely fast pick up , gave me a rate that was competitive with the 10 or so other quotes I received (4th out of 10) , and remainded in contact with me throughout the process by calling me and giving me updates. I must confess that I am very particular, to a fault, about my cars and cannot find fault in any aspect of my dealings with Hilton. To put it simply, they did a fantastic job for me and I give them a PERFECT rating for my transport. In addition, over the past two years I have shipped 2 cars and one motorcycle with different companies, so I know how the process works. Hilton's transport is far and away my best experience.

Before contacting Hilton for this transport, I engaged Car Movers USA (waited 3 weeks for them to ship before finally giving up) and then AFT Logistics (who agreed to ship and never called back as they stated, and would not return my voice mail or email messages).Do not use either of those companies. Do yourself a favor and contact Hilton Auto Transport. There is a reason for all of their good reviews. Nicole, thank you again for making up for the other companies' failures.
