I shipped my car from california to washington DC. I called nichole on Monday and let her know I want to ship my car ASAP. After I place the order, she called me back in about one hour and told me she assigned a carrier to pick up the car on Tuesday. That's really great. The carrier come to pick up the car on time. Only problem is the carrier shipped my car to DC earlier than I arrived. So I cannot pick it up. The carrier put my car in a storage and charge me the storage fee. That's unreasonable. I contacted with Nichole. She told me she will take care of it and then she negotiate with the carrier. Finally, i don't need to pay the storage fee and got my car quickly after I arrived in DC. Everything is good. When I talked with Nichole on the phone, I always feel very comfortable and she is really reliable. Shipping car is not an fun and I always worried about the car, but Nichole makes me feel more comfortable. That's why I come here and would like to share my experience. Thanks nichole
