Great Transport Experience

After 3 weeks of reviewing transport companies, I decided to go with Hilton Auto Transport. On 10-2-06, I made a deposit to hold the price & spoke with Nicole on taking the Honda Accord with me to Georgia. Within 3-4 days of the transport company picking up my car, there was a change with my car situation and I was totally stressed about it. I spoke with Nicole & told her that I was taking the Chrysler Lebaron convertible instead due to mechanical issues with the honda. She told me it shouldn't be a problem and would call me back to let me know that everything was set for the convertible to be taken at $945.00. I was completely relieved. The original pick up location was at my residence, but on the day of the pick-up they said since I was at work, they had no problem coming to my employer and picking it up, which was Friday, Oct 20th. They took my car after reviewing for previous damages and off they went. I flew into Georgia On Oct 24th expecting to not see my car for about another 1 1/2 weeks max. I was the only person with the destination of Georgia at that time so I gave some extra time considering the situation. I received a call on Oct. 26th from the transport company stating that they were in the area and they would call me back once they were able to get close enough to my new residence. I received a call an hour later & they were only 1 mile down the street from where I was. I was in complete shock that they arrived that early. I did offer a tip and they actually replied no thank you, but I insisted just for the fact that they exceeded my expectations, which was no additional costs, no damage and early delivery. Thank you Nicole for making my new transition in life so easy. I honestly appreciate your customer service and business.
