It took a while for Hilton (a broker) to get a call back from a trucker, but I must say that their customer service rep was very open and honest about this possibility and the way the business worked, so I really did not mind. Once they found a trucker, everything went like clockwork. The car just arrived on the expected date and with no damage. I had done some research and found the price was competitive. The process was surprisingly easy. Above all I found the customer rep to be informative, responsive and very courteous. I don't expect to have to ship another auto anytime soon, but if I did I would go back to Hilton.
