Hilton Transport made moving our car incredibly easy. I wish other aspects of moving were this simple! I didn't actually book my transport until just a few days before the pick-up window was to begin, but it was no problem. Our schedule was a bit complicated because we had to work the pick-up window around our out-of-town plans. Nicole and the others at Hilton were very accomodating. The same day I booked the reservation, Nicole called to let me know that she had found a carrier who could essentially pick up and deliver our car on the dates we had requested. We still had to allow for a time window, of course, but the pick up and delivery did indeed happen as requested. We were very impressed! And glad that we didn't need to rent a car upon our arrival in Michigan. We found the drivers to be very courteous and efficient. We had to give directions to the pick-up driver but not the driver who delivered our car.

Nicole called to follow-up, which I very much appreciated. It was a nice and important gesture, which definitely shows that the company genuinely cares about its customers' experiences. I would recommend Hilton to anyone wishing to transport their car. Their affordable rates, expedient and friendly service, and quick follow-up made Hilton Transport a pleasure to work with.
