I contacted Hilton Transport within a week of my requested pick-up. They carefully explained that it may take a 5 days or so to arrange the pick-up. They also communicated that they would refund my deposit if they could not make the date. Fortunately they called back within 48 hours with a confirmed date and the vehicle was picked up as scheduled. The cross country delivery also occurred as planned and was exactly 7 days. The carrier also communicated the delivery info expediently. The price was very competitive and the best among the firms I researched. The overall experience was much better than I had anticipated and I would use Hilton again for any auto transport needs.
