I called Nicole at the beginning of the week and by the end of that week the car had been picked up from the dealer in Pasadena, CA. The driver, Ed, kept me up to date with his ETA as soon as he got into Texas. Unfortunately he had a couple of problems with his truck so our actual delivery was delayed by about a day and a half but he kept us completely informed and we still received the car about a week after I first spoke to Nicole. I am completely happy with the service I received from Nicole and Ed and would definitely use Hilton for my next move.
