I can not say enough good things about my experience with Hilton Auto Transport and Nicole. I was very leery about shipping my car and spent quite a while researching and contacting different companies. I was shocked at the vast differences between their estimates (from CA to MO estimates ranged from $750.00 – $1500.00). My first thought was that I would be getting what I paid for but the first company that I contacted (one of the more expensive) was very slow to get back to me. Once they did, they said that they needed to fax me a contract, which I would have to fill out and fax back to them before they could even give me any information about pick-up or delivery times. While waiting for the fax, and after reading some reviews for Hilton (which was at the lower end of the price scale), I contacted Nicole. She got everything set up over the phone with absolutely no hassle. Within 30 – 45 minutes, after contacting the driver and before the other company had even faxed the contract, she called me back to let me know that everything was complete and to provide me an estimated pick-up time. There were no constraints placed on me about what can or can’t be in the car, how much gas can be in the tank, etc. My car was picked up exactly when specified and actually got to its destination early; I was told 5 to 7 days, the car arrived after 4. I was actually a little worried about this as I was not at the destination to receive the car and have heard stories about delivery drivers not releasing the car to anyone else, but with a phone call I was able to have them release the car to my sister. The car was just as it was when they picked it up. I am very happy the service I received from Hilton and will definitely use them again if needed.
