DO NOT BOOK With Hawaii Car Transport

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE once they take your money. Called and spoke with HCT about shipping my car from HI to VA. Customer service and price was good. Searched a few more companies. In the mean time. I received 2 emails from HCT about my quote and setting up booking. Finally booked through them. received a few emails to ensure I knew what to expect and where to bring my car. i was I formed I would receive emails for tracking Informing me when my car leaves HI and is received in CA as well as who my transport Co will be. I Showed up and it was actually being shipped with a different company. HCT never told me this. I had the estimated days. Never received any emails. I call in and I am told my car has been in CA for 5 days and was ready for transportation to VA being picked up that day. 31 July. Scheduled for delivery 9 August. They could not tell me the transport company even though they had a contract.I was informed they would email it to me. (on 2 different occasions) That email never came. Today, Aug 9th I started calling HCT to inquire the status of my car and they could not tell me. after being hung up on, waiting over 30 mins and doing an online chat I was told the name of the company and they have till 9pm to deliver. I asked that a manager call me. The only thing they did was place a call to the vendor for status. I finally receive a call from transport saying they would call me back in an hour with status. They call me back and tell me my car will be (EST) delivered Sunday. (today is Thursday) and my car was in El Paso TX. Oh and they will give me $30 towards ab rental. I can't get a car here that cheap. I still have not received a call fro. HCT. All I have received from their online chat is excuses of it's an estimate date, I called too soon to get status and they do not have a satalite tacking system in order to track where vehicles are. Once they receive my payment the good customer service dies and they no longer cared. My contract is with them, they are responsible for my car and should be able to give me status until I take custody of my vehicle. Do not book with Hawaii Car transport. Book with another company even if it cost a little more. For bein9 Veteran owned, which they are quick to point out, they do not care about military families.
