Fast, Efficient and Trust worthy...above and beyond

I needed a vehicle ship from West Virginia to Honolulu and before I was introduce to Craig and Haul Away, I never thought it was going to get done. I actually committed to one company and waited over three weeks for them to schedule a pick up in WV before I cancelled. For those three weeks, I got one excuse after another. Over the next two more weeks, I contacted two other companies and everyone told me they could do it and NONE follow through. Then I contacted Craig, he said could get my vehicle picked up...believe me I was skeptical but within two days, it was picked up by a driver in WV and on its way to LA for transport to Honolulu. I thought my frustration was over when I found Craig's company but it didn't end yet. When it arrived in LA, Craig called me to tell me that my vehicle was over 7 feet tall and that Matson is rejecting it because its oversized!!! I couldn't believe it and honestly, at that point, I really thought Craig was trying to get more money out of me because he knew what I had been through with the others in the pass few weeks. I knew for a fact the vehicle was under 7 feet. Well, let me say, it did finally get on the Matson ship bound for Hawaii and as relieved as I was, I was still thinking all these guys are the same...truthfully, I thought maybe a little dishonest. I was way way WRONG!!! When the vehicle got here, I picked it up at the oversize port where all the large trucks, boats, semi trailers, etc...were received. Craig not only did what he said he would do but he pushed through my vehicle with the Matson people and did it with efficiency. I can't say enough good things about this company and Craig. I put it in the title and I believe it summed up my experience with them. Efficient and Trust worthy...above and beyond!!!!
