damage to my vehicle and getting run around

I hired this company to transport my 2010 Honda Civic from New Jersey to Scottsdale Arizona, They Picked up my vehicle on Nov.19th 2012. I was told it would arrive on Nov.25th. So while I was still on the road driving to Arizona I had my son wait at drop off point which I was told by office it would arrive between 8-12 noon never showed. So I called office they said Truck broke down in Texas I will receive my vehicle Nov.28th never showed nor call me I had to keep on calling them. Then finally at end of month I get a call from a Nissan dealership saying they have my vehicle and for me to pick it up there. I informed the guy that called me I paid for them to pick up and deliver the vehicle to me not me go out of my way to get it. As I picked it up late The next day I look over my vehicle and notice something wrong, my vehicle came from NJ so there is a state inspection stick on the windshield which was missing. So I looked over the whole vehicle and come to find out they DAMAGED my vehicle broke the windshield and all moldings and clip to molding. Dent on the top of my vehicle and scratches on top of hood where it looks like something hit it. So I call the company for several day trying to get my vehicle fixed right and all I kept on getting was the run around and they need to get ahold of the driver. This went on for days then the driver finally came out to the house on Dec.7th looked at all the damage and finally admitted yes they damaged it and had a body shop fix it. However I have pictures before they pick up my vehicle and after they say they fixed it. There is still damage to the vehicle and the drive said he will have the Nissan dealership where I picked up my vehicle order all parts from Honda and fix it right no later then the 11th of Dec. 2012 and he says he is a man of his word. That never happened so I called the company back again they never returned my calls and I called the driver and finally got a hold of him and he said he would have to get back with me after he talks to his boss which is the same boss I have been trying to get a hold of and nothing. I called the driver again and he says he spent 1000.00 dollars to fix it the first time and now he he has to go through the insurance company to get the body shop to fix it right and he would call me back on 17th of dec. to let me know where to go and here it is the 18th of dec. at 10:21 pm and still nothing but a run around. Here it is Feb.19th,2013 and vehicle still damaged and not repaired, I suggest if you need to ship your vehicle do not use this company
