Problems, but got the car in the end

Roger was very nice and had excellent communication in the beginning. He promised 3-day pickup and 5-day delivery through Uship.com, where I accepted his offer.

Be aware that if Roger uses a third party site like Uship.com, he regards his offer as an ESTIMATE only.

Anyway, everything was going according to plan when the truck that was going to pick my car up broke down.
Truck #2 was promptly scheduled, but that truck got into an accident on the way to the pick-up location and was also out of commission. Allegedly truck #3 was to pick my car up the next day.

I received an email from Roger stating my car had been "safely picked up" but that was not true. My car was picked up 2 days after that email was sent. On THAT day (actual pick-up date) I was sent ANOTHER email stating my car had been safely picked up... interesting.

There was a lot of confusion and frustration on both Roger's part and mine. He didn't like that I called him on "his day off" and made sure to let me know that (this was on a Saturday). I called because I was given false information and wanted to know what the heck was going on with my car, now that we were on truck # 3...

Truth be told, I was very impatient after truck #3 was delayed and I was given false information about it being picked up.

Roger has pretty good reviews so he's probably not a bad guy, I just had a bad experience with him.
