Great American Auto Transport are wonderful!!

I've used auto transport companies in the past with lousy results. They set poor expectations of delivery and poor communication. One delivery company said I would get a car in 2 weeks and I didn't get it for 6 weeks. Imagine my panic as I was told one excuse after another. I feared I would never get my Porsche.

Roger has turned my attitude 180 degrees about the auto transport business. He gave me a very reasonable price and he responded very quickly once I accepted his price.

He kept in constant communication with me and set the proper expectation for delivery time. I was told I would get my BMW by November 27th. I received the car right after Thanksgiving on November 26th. I love it when people under promise and over delivery.

In my opinion, it's best to work with a broker like GAAT since he has access to wider network of auto transporters. He can focus on service to his customers and works with only reputable drivers who can deliver.

I am only one of numerous customers who rave about his service. All of his positive reviews prove that. Thank you Roger. I will certainly use you again for future auto delivery services.
