I will never entrust this company with vehicle transport again. After picking up my car, this company was a week and a half late with dropping off my car. I was stranded in Texas without transportation for 10 days, which proved to be very inconvenient considering my place of residence is not conducive to pedestrian lifestyle and city transit is not available le everywhere. When attempting to contact the carrier about my car's whereabouts the day after the proposed drop off date, no one could give me a straight answer as to where my car was. No one knew where my vehicle was located. I soon was told that my car was hanging out in Las Vegas, which meant that, though my car had been in their hands for a week, they'd only transported it less than a quarter of the way to the final destination, and they were still already past the proposed drop off date. For a couple of days, I continued to get the same answer abot my car- still just hanging out in Las Vegas- an no one could give me a reason why it was there and had not moved any closer to where it needed to be dropped off. After many calls, it was leaked to me that there was a car show happening in las Vegas and Gran Auto Motorsports was in charge of transporting many of the cars for the show...and THAT was finally the reason given to me for my car being about 6 days late of a propsed arrival. Even when I contacted my main point person- Mark- who'd picked up my car in Calfornia, he never told me this, and I contacted him several times asking where my car was. He always gave me a roundabout answer, stating he didn't know and that he'd call me back. He never did. I had to contact some random lady who was a dispather before I was even made aware of this car show that was apparently preventing this company from upholding their contract with me.

Now, I realize that I should'nt expect these kinds of services to be perfect with timing, but I also don't believe I should have to be inconvenienced beyond two days of scheduled pick-up/drop-off times. Especially 10 days- that's just absurd. And the reasoning for their lateness and their unwillingness to be upfront with me about that information was completely unacceptableand and rude. I would have much preferred them telling me about this ahead of time, alerting me that my car might be dropped off a number of days later than contracted due to this car show. I would have been much more understanding if this had been the case, even though I still might have been bothered by the circumstance...but at least I would have been aware up front and saved from the worry and frustration of not knowing where my car was or when I'd get it back. However, the way they handled this- witholding information and being elusive- made me feel like I was beig lied to and that they did not place any value in my property I entrusted them with or the business arrangement we had established between each other. I found them untrustworthy and undependable.

I finally got my car 10 days late. Upon getting it, I found that my glove compartment had been broken into (I gave them a valet key) and my personal GPS system had also been stolen.

This company's lack of honesty, knowlegeability and timliness was ridiculous to me. They showed no concern for their tardiness in getting my car to me, or the fact that my glove compartment had been broken into and an item had been stolen while in heir possession. Needless to say, I will never use this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone.
