Made reservation. I got an email from the company after they were told I have no internet access Fr through Sun say that they had experienced a "WHETHER DELAY". I called the home office Monday after I read the message and was hung up on twice. Then got an answering machine. I left a voice message, and then emailed "Ted" who asked me to call him. Left message for him with the return telephone number the first time, when it went unanswered, I called again the next morning with a message the" users voice mailbox was full please try your call again later". Start to end was 12 days, so the company breached their own contract.
Never heard anything else from them. Reversed the charges on my CC then hired another company who was able to DELIVER the car in 2 days.
