Had a non running 1968 Town & Country station wagon shipped from Burlington, Wyoming to Olathe, Kansas. Quote i received from Ellen was $795 knowing that it was a non running vehicle. After checking the reviews of the company I decided to go with them. Quote was the same. A $195 deposit was laid down out of the $795 quote with the rest due to the driver upon delivery which would come out to $600.

Shortly after getting the deposit and all the paperwork set up for Ellen to find a driver i changed the date of pick up from anytime between then and the end of the month of May to needing the car picked up at the end of the month. Driver calls me on May 31 saying he'll be at the destination late that night. He also said that he is to collect $700. I told him I was under the impression that I owed him $600 at delivery. His paperwork said different. I contacted Ellen and said I was under the impression i owed the driver $600 based off the quote that was given. She said sometimes the amount owed to the driver becomes different from the quote given. She said she would see what she could do and would call me back. Never gfot a call back from her. Paid the driver the $700 to avoid a legal battle over $100.

Other than the extra $100 that came out of my pocket I was very pleased with the service. Ellen was very friendly and knowledgeable during the phone calls. Would recommend to others but with a caution of one might have to pay a different amount than what was supposedly agreed upon.

Thanks Don!! This was a tough one Wyoming to Kansas for a non running and lots of date changes but I'm really glad I could help get it to you!! Sorry about the change in price - that came from the truck with his winching fee. I do appreciate the kind words as I always do my best for my clients! Ellen
