Ellen work on transport, and kept me abreast of the status via cell, text or email. Responded almost immediately with my questions or concerns. After delivery, she contacted me to see how things went. That did not happen with other companies I have used. I would recommend Gold Star Transport. The driver was courteous and touched base with delivery 24hrs in advance and prior to delivery. Delivery was within my timeframe. Yes, cars get dirty in open carrier.... normal
