good job, stressful process

They did a good job, lived up to the other reviews I read. Ellen is great, sincere and hard working. The driver was courteous and the car arrived unscathed and on time. My only complaint is that the scheduling came down to the wire, the day before I still didn't know when or where to meet the driver- but I get the sense that that is somewhat inherent to the process.
