Horrible and terrible service

They stopped responding after I signed the contract and after paying the initial advance. If I make a call from a different number they would pick otherwise, they don't. Apart from not picking my vehicle on time, they made me to keep on calling them and email them for 2 days to finally schedule some pick up, after I paid them money.

And then, once they picked up the vehicle after 3 days of scheduled time, I never received the vehicle on time and they didn't respond back to me, while I was worrying about the vehicle status. They promosed to devliver within 3-5 days but I never heard anything from them until about 10 days.

Suddenly, after 10 days, they gave me driver number and when I called him, he gave me some other contact number and finally, they mentioned that they dropped my vehicle at some location and told me to pay the remaining balance and pick up the vehicle from their location. While, the contract is to have the vehicle delivered to my house directly.

And then, I had to make 10 phone calls to finally have the car delivered to my address and then, I see the car got damaged and they didn't gave me the insurance information and forced me to sign the paperwork (that says car is in good condition), and threatened me that they would take the car back, if I don't sign that the car is in good condition.

Even, in this situation the broker didn't respond to my phone but when I made a call from different number, he answered.

Overall, the worst company that I ever worked with.
