Entered into agreement (Order #43183-FP) on 1/5/11. Paid $175 deposit. They kept giving us days when they would pick up our vehicle. They are BIG LIARS!!! They never picked up our vehicle and on 1/14/11 we cancelled the order. Received email that refund of $175 would happen in 5 to 7 business days. IT HAS BEEN 20 BUSINESS DAYS AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND!!!!!!! This company is awful. Any one know how to get our refund? I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau in FL. The person in charge of refunds is supposedly Robert Valiente at (305) 720-7459. He doesn't return calls.
