I was given a quote for a pickup and delivery that never happened. the dispatching agent told me a price of seven hundred and seventy five dollors, for a pickup in tuscon ar, and deliver to fostoria ohio. the pick up was supposed to be the first week in january, 1st. off that didn't happen and then the agent told me it was because of the holidays. then the next week the price went up to nine hundred dollors. so i cancelled the order only to find out hurry up and wait for the deposit to be returned. i've called the company several times and finally i reached a man named robert which he assured that my deposit would be received by the next week. then that didn't happen, so i called again and robert told me the check was mailed out . so now here i am waiting. sound like this company is full of BS. ive since open up a issue with my credit card company, because they sent the money to global express, but global express has yet to refund the deposit. if you are reading this comment i would think first , before hiring this company. i was in the auto buisiness for twent five years and never had this kind of trouble with a transport company. this started dec.30th 2010, today is feb. 3rd 2011 still no refund. i would not recomend this company.
