This is my first time using an auto-transport service (Moved to the west coast from the east) and was recommended to GetCarrier. I worked with Eva, she was very responsive, set expectations and was quick to get back to me. After the pick-up was scheduled the transport driver was in contact with me, was very responsive and friendly. I was provided the Bill of Lading, pictures and the condition of my car on pick-up and delivery. My vehicle was delivered without a scratch and on-time. They even adjusted delivery to fit my schedule. absolutely no problems. Highly recommend this transport company.
