This was my first time shipping a car. It was also a shipment from CA to MD, a cross country trip. I had worked with at least four other brokerages to various levels of disappointment and dissatisfaction. I finally tried working with Get Carrier Auto Transport. The fifth time was the charm and working with Thomas was an absolute delight! The young man seemed experienced and knowledgeable. We got to business right away, but yet in a personable manner! My car was picked up two days! The other yahoos from the other brokerages, at least two of them charged me deposits of a hundreds of dollars and after working a week with them, I new they were ineffective if I needed a car shipped within a week.
My car was delivered in less time than estimated. That was an extra surprised bonus!! Beat the expectations by three days!
If I ever do this again, I'll go with Get Carrier Auto Transport, hands down!
